by Standard Transfer Specification Association in South Africa.The meter is working on saving
non-revenue water by prepayment water bills. Prepayment is combined with valve control and
credit overdraft. Both process and humanization are taken into consideration.
·The water company can customize the measurement accuracy,revenue method,price scheme,
data statistics content and related control configuration.
Combined with system software and handheld unit, concentrator and other equipment,
remote meter reading, remote monitoring and control can be realized.
